X-Press Legal Services
A member of the Opendoorz crew since April 2018
Charlie enjoys walking, running and cycling, but most of all, loves being on the water. Having settled miles from the sea, he makes do with a Canadian canoe in which he takes his OAP father on explorations of tidal rivers and his young son on camping trips on the Thames.
Keen to run his own business, Charlie purchased an X-Press Legal Services franchise in 2007 and as well as being a franchisee, is also on the group management board. The business provides searches for Conveyancers ranging from Local Authority Searches, to environmental and Chancel Searches to name but a few. If a conveyancer needs it, we will do our utmost to provide it! In keeping with the rest of the franchise network, Charlie’s main focus is ensuring that X-Press Legal searches are the most thorough and accurate available. A common theme amongst franchisees is that we are often told by Council staff “Nobody else ever asks to see that…” which tells us that we are doing a better job than our competition. We never lose sight of the fact that a property purchase is likely to be the biggest investment an individual will make and approach our work accordingly. The golden rule is “Would I do it this way if this were my house?”
Our approach is to work with our customers rather than just for them. With this in mind we have a number of initiatives to help boost their businesses including the innovative website lawplainandsimple.com which is widely publicised and is provided free of charge to our clients. We have recently invested significantly in our IT infrastructure allowing us to offer our customers full integration with our systems providing an extremely efficient work flow. In addition to this, the franchise provides first class support to all franchisees including regular Institute of Leadership and Management accredited training.
X-Press Legal Services aims to set the gold standard in searches. If you want the best possible searches on your property purchase, ask your conveyancer to purchase an X-Press Legal search.
