When not at work, Natasha loves spending time with her husband (and fellow Director) Jon and their two young boys.
Beneath her softly spoken exterior lies an adrenaline junkie with a passion for pushing herself to the limit. A keen fitness fan, Natasha has taken part in 10Ks, half marathons Triathlons and extreme obstacle runs including the Monster Race.
Natasha combines her passion for tech and flair for business to develop ROI focused websites for clients.
Natasha is a Director of Urban Element, one of Oxfordshire's leading web design and digital marketing agencies. Her role includes overseeing the development of new websites and supporting businesses to get the most out of their online presence.
Her particular areas of interest include leveraging social media for business, content marketing, digital marketing campaigns and more. With a background in training, Natasha also runs a series of seminars and events that help local businesses to develop their skills.
Supporting local charities is also a big part of Natasha's life. As a Trustee for Base 33 she has supported them through a total rebrand. This included development of a new website and a series of events to help support more vulnerable young people in Witney and West Oxfordshire. As a keen supporter of Charlbury based SpecialEffect, Natasha has competed in and sponsored events. The TwinTown Challenge was a highlight. The 2016 challenge saw Urban Element's social media taxi, Uber, take on 80 other cars in a rally to France and back.
