As an office refurbishment company within the commercial sector, we provide a complete and comprehensive service: from space planning and initial design concepts through to full refurbishment and office furniture fit out. We handle projects for all types and sizes of organisations across the UK, and will work to create, expand or upgrade any workplace environment.

We know that every project brief is different, and every client’s requirements unique to their brand and workplace environment. But we apply the same high-quality standards and rigorous project management to all our commercial refurbishment projects.

A dedicated project management team will be allocated to oversee all aspects of the refurbishment and fit out for you. We aim to deliver a seamless project to minimise the disruption to your day-to-day business. And this is achieved by thorough pre-project planning and proactive on-site / off-site project management.

A project is only complete when our client’s staff are successfully working in their office. The Meridian projects team will help you to plan, manage and execute your move, with the assistance of our sister company Meridian Office Furniture.
We will ensure that your new office environment is left clean and ready for occupation. And once you have settled in we will present you with an Operation & Maintenance file, detailing how everything in the new office works and should be maintained.
